Conditions
General : Tariffs are quoted on our website in Euros (€) for eight people maximum, and are subject to change until deposit is cashed. Rates are inclusive of VAT.
Bookings: Provisional bookings are held for 48 hours, and will thereafter lapse if not confirmed by a deposit.
Deposit: A deposit of 25 % of the total accommodation is required within 48 hours after making the reservation, in order to secure booking. 5% bank charge on credit card payments.
Cancellation: Up to 25% of the total accommodation is retained (conditions apply).
Balance of payment : The full payment of the total accommodation amount is due in cash within 24 hours upon arrival. Other payment methods (transfer, credit card) payment subject to 5% bank charge.
